Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Touchstone Family, a private household assistant available only to invited family members.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use the assistant only if you have been invited by its operator and are authorized to connect any account or information you provide. By using the assistant, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted use
The assistant is provided for lawful household coordination and personal family tasks. You may not use it to access another person's account without permission, interfere with the service, circumvent safeguards, or cause unlawful or harmful actions.
3. Account authorization
You are responsible for the Google account you authorize and for reviewing the permissions shown during consent. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account. Keep your account credentials and devices secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
4. Automated assistance
The assistant may interpret natural-language requests and perform actions on connected services. Automated systems can make mistakes. Review important dates, recipients, files, and other details, especially before relying on them for time-sensitive or consequential decisions.
5. Third-party services
Google and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and account controls. Touchstone Family is not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. The assistant is designed for minimum necessary access and private household use.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or support level. Features, permissions, and safeguards may change to improve reliability, security, or compliance. Access may be suspended when needed to protect the household or connected accounts.
8. Disclaimer
The assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the assistant or a connected third-party service.
10. Ending access
You may stop using the assistant and revoke connected permissions at any time. The operator may end access when a user is no longer invited or when continued access creates a security, legal, or safety risk.
